US Marines with picks and spades help dig for survivors or bodies at the devastated village of Guinsaogon in the central Philippines, 20 February 2006, where hundreds of people were buried alive in a landslide last week. Malaysian, US and Taiwanese rescuers joined Philippine teams 20 February in a search for survivors three days after a massive landslide buried up to 1,400 people, but were struggling to pinpoint landmarks in a vast sea of mud.
