(FILES) London Mayor Ken Livingstone leaves a disciplinary hearing, 13 December 2005 in central London. Livingstone is to be suspended for four weeks from March 01 2006 after being found guilty of bringing his office into disrepute by comparing a Jewish reporter to a Nazi concentration camp guard, a disciplinary tribunal ruled Friday. The three-man Adjudication Panel for England -- an independent tribunal which hears and rules on the conduct of local authority members -- unanimously ruled Livingstone-s remarks had been "unnecessarily insensitive and offensive."
