Firemen are preparing the barrier across the river Elbe, O3 March 2006, near Roztoky village, around 10 kilometres north of Usti Nad Labem to contain an oil-like slick, estimated to be around 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) long, from descending further downstream into Germany.
