UNESCO General Director, KoA—chiro Matsuura, met today with UNESCO Goodwill ambassadors. The French competition watchdog said on 14 March that it had fined leading luxury goods and perfume companies a total of 46.2 million euros (55.16 million dollars) for arranging to dress up their prices of which the bill for Yves Saint-Laurent Parfums is 1.8 million euros.
