GOES WITH AFP STORY
Brigadier General Orlando Ramon Agosti (R) and Admiral Emilio Massera (L) stand as Lieutenant General Jorge Rafael Videla (C) takes an oath as President, 30 March 1976, in Buenos Aires. Following a military coup against Isabel Peron, Videla became President as head of three-man military junta including Brigadier General Agosti and Admiral Massera. The military dictatorship 1976-1983 left about 30.000 missing people, a lost war against the United Kingdom and a broken economy with a quadruplicate foreign debt. AFP PHOTO/FILES
