French Prime minister Dominique de Villepin (2ndL), Minister delegate for Employment, Labor ane State for youth employment Gerard Larcher (3dL) and Minister of Labor Jean-Louis Borloo (L) meet the trade unions leaders Jean-Marc Thibault (2ndR) (R), FranA§ois Chereque (3dR) (CFDT) and Jean-Claude Mailly (5th R) (FO), 24 March 2006 in Paris. That meeting ended in deadlock after Villepin refused to withdraw his contested youth jobs contract (CPE). "The only thing we-ve got is that (Villepin) will see the organisations of high-school and university students, and that meeting will take place -- at our insistence -- tomorrow morning," said Bernard Thibault of the CGT union.
