FO trade union leader Jean-Claude Mailly arrives to attend a meeting with Prime minister Dominique de Villepin and others trade union leaders, 24 March 2006 in Paris. That meeting ended in deadlock after Villepin refused to withdraw his contested youth jobs contract (CPE).
