Bulgarian Finance Minister Plamen Oresharski arrives for an Informal meeting of eurozone and EU finance ministers 07 April 2006, in Hofburg Castle in Vienna. European Union finance ministers are to meet in Vienna on Friday for informal talks to focus on globalisation and how to keep the 25-nation bloc attractive to investors amid increasingly fierce Asian competition.
