European Union finance ministers are to meet in Vienna on Friday for informal talks to focus on globalisation and how to keep the 25-nation bloc attractive to investors amid increasingly fierce Asian competition.They are to be joined for talks on Saturday and Sunday with colleagues from 13 Asian countries in a regular forum know as the Asia-Europe Meeting.
