French Economy and Finance Minister thierry Breton gives a press confernec at the end of the Informal Council in Hofburg Castel in Vienna 07 April 2006. European Union finance ministers are to meet in Vienna on Friday for informal talks to focus on globalisation and how to keep the 25-nation bloc attractive to investors amid increasingly fierce Asian competition.
