(FILES) British supermodel Kate Moss arrives for the -Black- charity auction and fashion show in London, 03 June, 2004. Moss will not be charged over allegations that she took cocaine because of "insufficient evidence", the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said Thursday, 15 June 2006. But the CPS, which had been considering whether to press charges against the 32-year-old catwalk star, said there was "an absolutely clear indication" she was using and providing drugs. The announcement comes following an investigation into the claims following the Daily Mirror-s publication last September of grainy still photographs from video footage of Moss allegedly taking drugs at a west London recording studio.
