Iranian journalist Akbar Ganji gives a Press conference on Human rights and the freedom of speech in Iran, 20 June 2006 at the International media rights watchdog Reporters Without Borders (RSF) headquarter in Paris. Gandji who spent five years in prison for articles linking officials to a string of killings of intellectuals in Iran, was awarded, late 05 June, the Golden Pen of Freedom award by the World Association of Newspapers (WAN).
