NETHERLANDS-REMBRANDT
The -Loflied van Simeon-, one of the recently restaurated Rembrandt paintings, is on display 26 June 2006 in the Hague. Museum -The Mauritz house- in the Hague has 10 Rembrandt paintings, which have been assembled for the exhibition -A summer of rembrandt-. Three paintings have been restaurated for the occasion of Rembrandt-s 400th birthday, and the process has been captured by means such as x-ray pictures and microscope images.
