TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY ALAIN GEX "LE RETOUR DE DAVID MILLAR" - (FILES) - Picture shows British David Millar (Cofidis/Fra) riding during a training session on the eve of the start of the 90th Tour de France, 04 July 2003 around Crecy-la-Chapelle. Millar (Saunier Duval-Prodir/Spa) will take the start of the 93rd Tour de France cycling race that will run from July 1st until 23 July 2006. The 29-year-old Scot, whose suspension over his 2004 doping admission ends on 23 June 2006, will return to professional racing at the prologue in Strasbourg.
