Spain-s Francisco Mancebo (AG2R) concentrates before a training session on the eve of the official start of the 93rd Tour de France cycling race, 30 June 2006 in Strasbourg. AG2R Team Manager Vincent Lavenu said he will ban his team leader Francisco Mancebo from racing the Tour de France if the Spaniard-s name appears on any official list of alleged blood dopers.
