A criminal organization known as PCC (Capital's First Command) started a new wave of attacks against police officers, banks and buses reacting against the arrest of Emivaldo Silva Santos, aka "BH", one of the criminal group leaders. Brazil's president offered federal aid to Sao Paulo Wednesday, after six people were killed in a fresh wave of violence that set nerves on edge in the state just two months after a bloody gang onslaught, officials said.
