Israeli sappers and police are seen on the blood stained platform of the central train station following a rocket attack fired from neighboring southern Lebanon on the northern Israeli coastal city of Haifa 16 July 2006. Nine people were killed in the northern metropolis of Haifa today when Hezbollah guerrillas fired rockets into the city in the morning rush hour, in the deadliest such attack on Israel in years. The rockets struck around the city's railway maintenance depot where blood soaked the platforms and most of the dead and around 20 of the wounded were reported, police said. AFP PHOTO/RONI SCHUTZER
