Illes Balears team rider Oscar Pereiro, second in this years Tour de France speaks on the phone following news that Tour winner Floyd Landis has tested positive for testosterone during the race, 27 July in Vigo. The Swiss-based Phonak team said on its website that it was notified by the International Cycling Union (UCI) on Wednesday of "an unusual level of Testosteron/Epitestosteron ratio in the test made on Floyd Landis after stage 17 of the Tour de France." T-shirt reads 'Come on Pereiro, you'll be first'.
