GUATEMALA-HEALTH-COJOINED TWINS
An auxiliary nurse holds the one-month-old cojoined twins Angela Corina and Angela Leticia in her arms at the Roosevelt Hospital in Guatemala City, July 28th, 2006. The twins, joined by their abdomen, will undergo surgery on August 15th in an attempt to be separated, though doctors have warned that one of them has no chance at all of surviving and the other one just 31 percent of possibility in doing so. According to doctors, Angela Corina has a "primitive heart" with just two chambers instead of four. This is the second case in the past five years that cojoind twins are born in this Central American country. AFP PHOTO/Orlando SIERRA
