BEL-POLAND ADAM G KILLING JOE MP3
Frederic Clement de Clety, lawyer of Adam G. suspected of killing a Belgian teenager Joe Van Holsbeeck for his MP3 last 12 April 2006, arrives at a Brussels court where Adam G will see for the first time since he arrived in Belgium yesterday, a youth judge, 03 August 2006. Adam G. was handed to Belgian police under the European Arrest Warrant (EAW). Following the ruling of a Polish court the 17-year-old Pole will stand trial in Belgium. Adam G. is one of two suspects in the April killing of Joe Van Holsbeck, a 17-year-old Belgian, who was stabbed at the Brussels Central train station.
