BRAZIL-LULA DA SILVA-HEONG-OIL PLATFORMS
Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (C) gestures while poses with Chinese Tong Cheong Heong (L), President of the Kepel Singapure docks and Petrobras' President Sergio Gabriele (R), in front of the oil offshore platform P-51, 03 August 2006, in Angra dos Reis, 300 km south of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lula da Silva came to the Brasfels docks to inspect a building of the offshore oil platforms P-51 and P-52, wich involve a total investment of 1,5 billion US dollars generating 9.100 direct jobs.
