A delegation from an Italian Non Govermental Organisation (NGO), the Centro Regionale d'Intervento per la Cooperazione (CRIC), visits 08 August 2006 a neighborhood of Beirut southern suburb hit by Israeli strikes. The Israeli army and Hezbollah militants were locked in deadly clashes inside Lebanon's border region as the military warned remaining civilians not to drive cars or risk being bombed.
