GUATEMALA-COJOINED TWINS-CHRISTENING
Irma Leticia Xicay (L) holds her cojoined twin daughters Angela Corina and Angela Leticia as priest Santiago Fuentes christens the girls at the Roosevelt Hospital in Guatemala City, on August 15th, 2006. The twins, joined by their abdomen, will undergo surgery tomorrow in an attempt to be separated, though doctors have warned that one of them has no chance at all of surviving and the other one has just 31 percent of possibilities in doing so. According to doctors, Angela Corina has a "primitive heart" with just two chambers instead of four. This is the second case in the past five years that cojoind twins are born in this Central American country. AFP PHOTO/Orlando SIERRA
