(FILES) French home applicance manufacturer SEB Chairman Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise answers journalists' questions after a management meeting with trade union representatives, 24 January 2006 at the company's headquarters in Ecully near Lyon southest France. French home applicance manufacturer SEB, which owns international brands Tefal, Moulinex and Rowenta, said 16 August 2006 that it would pay about 240 million euros (307 million dollars) to buy control of Chinese rival Zhejiang Supor Cookware.
