FILES - Picture taken 09 March 2006 shows fair goers standing at the booth of German budget airline Air Berlin at the "International Tourism Fair" (ITB) in Berlin. Air Berlin, Europe's number three low-cost carrier, said in a statement 17 August 2006 it had acquired 100 percent of German low-cost carrier DBA's shares for around 50 million euros (64 million dollars). Together, the two companies expect to carry around 20 million passengers, they said, Air Berlin has a fleet of 58, DBA of 29 aircraft.
