BRITAIN-POLICE-MURDER
A handout picture released 21 August 2006, by Britain's Greater Manchester Police, shows Rahan Arshad, 36, wanted by police in connection with the murder of a woman and three children in Cheadle Hulme in Manchester, north-west England. Greater Manchester Police said they were keen to trace Arshad in connection with the murders, which were discovered at a house in Cheadle Hulme shortly after 5:00 pm (1600 GMT) Sunday. Detective Superintendent Martin Bottomley said all police forces in Britain have been put on alert to try to track down Arshad, a taxi driver, and that law enforcement agencies overseas had also been contacted.
