SWEDEN-ELECTION
Four leaders of the center-right alliance, (L-R) Christian Democrat Goran Hagglund, Fredrik Reinfeldt of the Moderate Party, Maud Olofsson of the Center Party and Lars Leijonborg of the Liberal Party walk, 23 August 2006, through the streets of Gustavsberg, east of Stockholm . The center-right alliance running against the ruling Social Democrats presented an election manifesto calling for lower taxes and a halt to process directed at phasing-out nuclear power.
