A Lexington-Fayette County Coroner's Van leaves the crash site of Comair Flight 5191, which crashed shortly after departure from Blue Grass Airport 27 August 2006 in Lexington, Kentucky. Of the 50 people on board, 49 died and one, reportedly crew member, first officer James M. Polehinke, survived the crash. The survivor has been listed in critical condition.
