NETHERLANDS-DOLFINARIUM
Femke a dolphin is reunited with other members of her species in the Hardewijk Dolfinarium, the Netherlands, 29 August 2006. The dolphin spent the last two months recovering from a pancreas infecton in the medpool and is now strong enough to retun to the winterbay for the final part of the recovery. Femke is the only known dolphin to have recovered from a pancreas infection.
