Mexican president Vicente Fox delivers a speech on television on September 1st, 2006, after hundreds of leftist legislators supporting Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador took over the podium in Mexico City's Congress and prevented him from addressing the annual state of the nation report. Lopez Obrador has claimed that fraud cheated him out of the presidency in July 2 voting, when he lost by 0.58 percentage points to his conservative opponent, Felipe Calderon, of Fox's National Action Party (PAN).
