Musicians wait before marching in the Black Men of Labor Annual Labor Day Parade 03 September 2006 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Hurricane Katrina's devastation forced the cancellation of last year's parade and members of the social club who remained in the city assisted with the search and rescue effort.
