US-SPACE SHUTTLE-ATLANTIS
A bird flies above the top of the orange external fuel tank (ET) and solid rocket booster (SRB) of the space shuttle Atlantis as it is covered by the Rotating Service Structure (RSS) at launch pad 39-B, 05 September, 2006 at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA rescheduled the Atlantis shuttle launch for 06 September, 2006 after the passing of tropical storm Ernesto and an earlier lighting strike that has caused delays in this mission.
