Spain's Alejandro Valverde of Caisse D'Epargne competes during the 14th stage of the 61st edition of the Tour of Spain in Cuenca 09 September 2006. Millar won the 14th stage of the Tour of Spain, a 33.2 kilometres time-trial round.
