Illegal Pakistani and Sri Lankan immigrants wait to disembark at the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the Spanish Canary island of Tenerife, 15 September 2006. The boat carrying over 200 immigrants, sighted off the coast Thursday "does not have authorization to navigate in the Canary waters and is not flying a flag," an official added. Spanish First Deputy Prime Minister Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega said arrangements were already underway with the Pakistani and Sri Lankan authorities to send them home.
