Eight-year-old Iruan Ergui Wu (C) cries out refusing to return to Brazil as police take him from his Taiwanese uncle-s home in southern Kaohsiung county, 09 February 2004. The uncle, Wu Ho-yen, had refused to turn over the orphaned boy to his Brazilian grandmother who had won custody. The boy failed to leave for Brazil 09 February, 2004 as ordered by the court.
