TO GO WITH AFP STORY "British energy project challenged in Russian wilderness"
Russia's environmental enforcer Oleg Mitvol inspects a map during a helicopter flight along the 800 kms of underground pipelines for Sakhalin Energy on the eastern island of Sakhalin, 29 September 2006 shows an employee of Starstroi company as he smokes next to a section of a gas pipeline for Sakhalin Energy outside the town of Nogliki north island of Sakhalin.
