Would-be buyers view bottles of wine, 19 October 2006 at the Credit Municipal in Paris on the eve of an auction sale of famous French wines. The Credit Municipal acts as a short-term money lender for people seeking cash at short notice against deposit of their goods. If they couldn't retrieve their items, the Credit municipal will put them under the hammer. The sale includes bottles of Romanee-Conti, Petrus and Haut-Brion.
