(FILES) In this handout photo taken 06 November 2005 shows a bullet train is unloaded at the port terminal in Kaohsiung. The commercial operation of Taiwan's first high-speed train is almost certain to be postponed again following a one-year delay, officials said 23 October 2006. The system, originally scheduled to begin operation in October 2005, was set to begin providing services before the end of this month. However, transportation and communications minister Tsai Tui said after queries were raised in parliament that "there are difficulties if the system is to begin operation this month."
