Peugeot-Citroën chairman Jean-Martin Folz, 27 october 2006 in Wuhan in front of Dongfeng Peugeot-Citroën factory. French President Jacques Chirac travelled to central China to open the new Peugeot-Citroen factory, a day after overseeing the signing of billions of dollars worth of business deals. Chirac will layed a foundation stone for the plant, the French firm's second assembly line in the booming city of Wuhan, home to 10 million people and a fast-growing auto manufacturing industry.
