BRAZIL-ELECTIONS-LULA DA SILVA-SUPPORTERS
Supporters of Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, of the Workers' Party (PT), celebrate the reelection of their candidate in Brasilia, 29 October 2006. Brazilians reelected President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva with just over 60 percent support, according to partial results based on 80 percent of the ballots of Sunday's run-off election.
