Dozens of eligible voters wait to be registered with the electronic registration machine in Niger Delta town of Warri 08 November, 2006. Complaints are trailing the on-going voters' revalidation exercise as thousands of eligible voters have confirmed reading about the exercise in the media, then seeing officials of Independent National Electoral Commission conducting the exercise. The shortfall in the number of electronic registration machine and irregular electricity supply to power the machine both in urban and rural areas have left a question mark on the credibility of the 2007 polls and the fate of democratic governance in the country.
