SWEDEN-FASHION-RETAIL-H&M
Customers rush in a low-cost fashion giant Hennes and Mauritz's (H&M) store in Stockholm 09 November 2006 to sample the group's latest collection of affordable haute couture created by Dutch design duo Viktor and Rolf. In November 2004, the retailer launched the concept in style with a line of clothing designed by Chanel fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld. The idea proved an immediate commercial hit and a year later H&M repeated the success with a more casual collection created by trendy British designer Stella McCartney.
