GERMANY-POLITICS-ESTREMISM-NPD-NEO-NAZIS-VOIGT
The neo-Nazi National Democratic Party (NPD) leader Udo Voigt arrives to attend the Party Congress of his party, 11 November 2006 in Berlin's northern Reinickendorf district. Their latest success, where the far-right party scored 7.3 percent of the votes in September's regional elections in the economically depressed eastern state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, reflects the increasing involvement of the extreme-right in towns and cities where almost one person in five is unemployed.
