(FILES) A file photo taken 09 November 2005 shows a member of a secret eavesdropping unit, Captain Paul Barril (L), working for the anti-terrorist office at the Elysee Palace under former French President Francois Mitterrand, leaving a Paris court with his lawyer. Barril told AFP 21 November 2006 that he had given to French judidicial authorities parts of the plane and airport documents concerning the 1994 downing of the plane of then Rwandan President Juvenal Habyarimana, whose death sparked the genocide in which some 800,000 people were slain. French Judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere recommended 20 November 2006 that Rwandan President Paul Kagame be tried for war crimes for alleged involvement in the downing of his predecessor's plane.
