Italian Prosecutor Fabio De Pasquale arrives for the Berlusconi-Mills tax fraud trial at the Milan courthouse 21 November 2006. The trial of and his British lawyer David Mills was adjourned today to next week after the defense demanded the recusal of one of the judges. The defense argued that Judge Edoardo d'Avossa ruled in other trials involving Berlusconi, notably the "Medusa" case in which he was acquitted of false accounting after initially being sentenced to 16 months in jail.
