(FILES) - Photo taken 01 September 2002 of French actor Philippe Noiret posing during the photo call of "Un honnete commercant" in competition at the 59th Venice Film festival. Philippe Noiret, who notably starred in Italian director Giuseppe Tornatore's 1989 prize-winning "Cinema Paradiso" died 23 November 2006 at the age of 76 after a long illness, his agent said.
