Faithfuls pray 08 December 2006 in Perpignan, in the new "Mosquee de la Fraternite" (Fraternity Mosque) inaugurated today by regional officials and Dalil Boubakeur, Rector of Paris' Grand Mosque and President of the French Muslim Cult Council. Built in Northern Perpignan, the 1000m2 new Mosque can gather from 1.000 to 1.200 faithfuls (900 men in the groundfloor, 300 women in the first floor).
