IRAQ-BULGARIA-DIPLOMACY-TALABANI-STANICHEV
Iraqi President Jalal Talabani (R) meets Bulgarian Prime Minister Serguei Stanichev (L) in Baghdad, 12 December 2006. Stanichev met also his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki and discussed strengthening relations between the two countries and future cooperation plans.
