Iraqi President Jalal Talabani (R) speaks during a joint press conference with Bulgarian Prime Minister Serguei Stanichev (L) after a meeting in Baghdad, 12 December 2006. Stanichev met also his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki and discussed strengthening relations between the two countries and future cooperation plans.
