Bulgarian Prime Minister Serguei Stanichev (L) speaks during a joint press conference with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani (R) in Baghdad, 12 December 2006. Stanichev, who is on a visit to the war-torn country, met also his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki and discussed strengthening relations between the two countries and future cooperation plans.
